Brief Description of Jobs at MJM Logistics, LLC

• Operations Coordinator:  Oversees the entire complex during a given shift or set of shifts. Responsible for ensuring all projects across all buildings are running smoothly and on schedule. Unit Leads report directly to the Operations Coordinator.

• Unit Lead:  Manages operations in a specific building during their shift. Each Unit Lead is responsible for the projects assigned to that building. Material Handlers and Truck Drivers report directly to the Unit Lead.

• Material Handler:  Operates forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move, store, sequence, load, and unload parts. Responsible for transferring materials from trailers into storage and from storage back into trailers for outgoing transport.

• Truck Driver:  CDL-A licensed driver responsible for transporting equipment and parts using trailers or flatbeds from MJM Logistics to various supplier locations.

• Maintenance/Grounds:  Maintains the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of MJM’s 74-acre complex. Responsible for general upkeep of the grounds, buildings, and any related maintenance tasks.

• Spotter Truck Driver:  Preferred but not required to hold a CDL-A license. Works exclusively on MJM property to position trailers for loading/unloading and operate vehicles such as the company van, F-350s, and box trucks.

• Clerical:  Performs administrative and computer-based tasks. Strong computer and technology skills are required. Duties may include data entry, scheduling, reporting, and general office support.
